DTF printing is a process where a design is printed onto a specialized polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film using water-based inks and a DTF printer. An adhesive powder is applied to the printed film, which is then cured and transferred to a fabric or other material using a heat press. Unlike other methods like sublimation or heat transfer vinyl (HTV), DTF works on a wide range of fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, etc.) and colors (light or dark) without requiring pre-treatment, making it highly versatile.
