WHAT IS SCREENPRINTING?

A traditional printing technique for creating custom shirts where a design is separated into individual colors, and each color is applied through a mesh screen stencil. Ink is pushed through the screen onto the fabric using a squeegee, layer by layer, to form the final image. This method produces vibrant, long-lasting designs suitable for high-volume production, offering excellent durability and color opacity on various apparel types.

HOW WE DO IT

1. Design a high-resolution graphic, separating colors into individual layers for each screen.

2. Coat mesh screens with photo emulsion, expose with design stencil, and rinse to create open areas for ink.

3. Mount each screen (one per color) on the screen printing press, ensuring precise alignment, and secure the shirt flat on the platen.

4. Apply ink through each screen onto the shirt using a squeegee, layering colors as needed.

5. Heat-cure the ink at 320°F, cool, and check for quality and durability.
